The hotel is situated in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the local area and experience the vibrant atmosphere. the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with ice cold AC and fans, providing a cozy and relaxing stay.
The location of the hotel is far away from the beach, so it's not convenient for those who want easy access to the sea.

We had a GREAT stay in Phan Thiet very close to the beach as well as Vietnam. Location in the heart of town.

Amazingly nice young stuff, pleasant rooms. Free wifi was a plus. Shower facilities and bath sheets were available. Food for breakfast was perfect. Located in the beautiful area of Phan Thiet🙂

Convenient location, helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, cool communal areas, affordable food and drinks, kind and hospitable hosts.

We had a great stay at Co Tu's Homestay. The owner, Michelle, was incredibly energetic and resourceful, always offering helpful tips and recommendations. The homestay had a lovely terrace with hammocks and swing benches, perfect for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. We also enjoyed the contact and activities with the friendly young locals learning English. The bedroom was comfortable and had powerful AC to keep us cool.

I got great value for my money at Co Tu's Homestay. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the air conditioning was powerful. The location was convenient, with downtown Phan Thiet close by and Mu Ne just a short scooter ride away. The staff, especially Xi and her husband, were accommodating and friendly. They even let us help teach English to a group of students, a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this homestay to any backpackers passing through.
The breakfast could have been better with more options.

Overall beautiful place to visit. The staff was always kind! I was surprised at wake up calls, offered at no cost. Had comfortable bed and wake-up service. The food was good, they offered a delicious breakfast.
